SENIOR RESEARCHER
I joined the University of Oxford in 2025 where I am co-director of the Design Bioethics Lab in the Neuroscience, Ethics, and Society (NEUROSEC) group and a senior researcher at The Uehiro Oxford Institute. I am interested in moral psychology, bioethics, and social cognition having published several papers looking at judgment-behaviour discrepancy (saying one thing and doing another) in moral contexts. I am always interested to hear from students wishing to pursue graduate studies (MSc, PhD) in moral psychology/bioethics projects.
Previously, I was a lecturer (Assistant Professor) in the School of Psychology at the University of Leeds (2025), at Keele University (2021-2025) and at the University of Bradford (2019-2021). Before this, I was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow across the Department of Philosophy and School of Psychology and Clinical Language Sciences at the University of Reading (2017-2019) .
